Dear VOXX DEI Customer, 

This is a reminder that as of August 24th, 2020 Viper SmartStart and Directed SmartStart 300 and 350 modules will no longer be able to be installed.  This is being done in advance of the Verizon Wireless CDMA sunset in 2022.    
The models impacted by this change are the:

  • DSM300 
  • DSM350 
  • VSM300 
  • VSM350 
  • DSM350P    

Any 300/350 Module installed before August 24th, 2020 will continue to function as normal. 
VOXX DEI will continue to upgrade legacy Viper and Directed SmartStart consumers to the latest Viper and Directed SmartStart Pro modules through www.mysmartstart.com.  If you have any questions please contact your sales rep.
