Notice to All ADS MA Service Providers:

ADS has been notified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation that some ignition interlock customers are visiting and/or calling RMV service centers. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions that are currently in place, the RMV offices are closed to the public. With that, and until further notice, please do not refer customers to any of the RMV service centers. If a customer requests removal of their device, please have the them contact ADS customer support and request to be transferred to the reporting department for assistance.
